For a Hilton hotel was not kept up that well .. beds were not very comfortable and exterior doors would not unlock with my key.. I had my dog so going through main lobby all the time was an issue with other dogs or guests who were afraid of dogs etc. I complained several times but issue was never fixed during my stay.

Accommodating in my request of a room withoutprior pet in it. why don’t hotels ensure that they have rooms for guests that has not had a pet in it… for multiple reasons. all staff were great. comfortable bed ,like the walk-in shower. like the new hotel and cleanliness but the room AC/heat unit clicking on and off kept me awake at night.
