I walked in to check in area and there was a sign to wait that they would be back shortly. I waited for a while then tried to make sure I did not have a dumpster view from my balcony that I paid extra for. The girl looked very nervous so I knew I did. She offered to change to another room with 1 bed, but we needed 2 beds. Then I got to room and it was a horrible view/no view. I went to get my nails done and came back to get a drink and the refrigerator was not cold. I tried to turn it up and the knob came off. I called downstairs to get someone to come up and she said 15-20 minutes. No one ever came up. I turned up the refrigerator with my tweezers. I am a Gold Hilton member and this is how I’m treated. That room should never be sold as a balcony room.

I liked the location adjacent to the TPC Sawgrass property. It was pleasant to walk around the neighborhood. The hotel itself was very nice. The room needed a better vacuuming of the carpet.

Beautiful Inn situated on the end of a super nice shopping and restaurant town square. Great spot to stay if golfing at TPC Sawgrass as it right in front of the entrance. Room was nice with a brand new outstanding TV. More water pressure in the bathroom would be nice, but not at all a let down.

I booked a night specifically at this hotel to enjoy the hot tub for a bridal shower weekend and it was closed the entire time we were there. The ice machines were also all not working so having to walk downstairs every time we needed some was a little inconvenient. Other than that the hotel itself was very nice, just disappointed that the hot tub was closed.

I am absolutely livid. My husband and I are staying at this hotel for two nights. We were informed when we checked in that there were three wedding blocks. Both my husband and I went to sleep at 9:30pm. I am pregnant so don’t stay up late ever. At around 1:23am the room phone rings waking both of us up and asking us to keep it down in a very rude manner by the front desk attendant Brian. My husband said you have just woken us up we haven’t been awake or making noise for hours. I was shocked by this that I called the front desk back. Brian again was very rude and accusatory. I said it is literally impossible that sound was coming from our room. He basically was saying well I don’t believe you. I have found it very hard to sleep during my pregnancy so to be woken up at this hour is horrible. I am unable to fall back asleep Check the time that I am making this complaint. Horrible customer service. I am surprised this is how Hilton treats their clients.
