Good stay but two negative things dominates my thoughts. 1. Ice machine never produced any ice. 2. LOW height TOILETS are so out of date and inconvenient. Otherwise very nice stay and very comfortable room accommodations.

Well, I wasn't going to leave a review because an illness kept me from traveling. I knew I booked a refundable fee but messaged the hotel anyway to let them know I was home sick. I received a message from the hotel saying they were sorry I was sick but confirmed it was cancelled. Today, I received a message from the GM saying they were delighted I stayed and asked about my experience. This is poor communication in my opinion. I'm already upset that I booked two days before thinking I could make the trip so rolled the dice on the non-refundable room, so it's just a reminder to me that I'm out the money (and not feeling well on top of that). Just a missed opportunity on their part to wish me well rather than thinking I stayed because they already had my money.

It was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. So many issues. 1) Wifi was not working properly so when I tried to get my Fire stick to work on the TV, it would not. I called to Maintenance and the person who showed up says, "I can't do anything, We always have this problem." He clearly did not want to try to find a solution and just left the room. 2) The ice machine on our floor did not work. I told the staff about this but it was never fixed. They said, "Go to the restaurant next store and ask them for ice." 3) After complaining to the front desk, she gave me a voucher for breakfast the next morning at the restaurant next door. When I went there the next morning, the restaurant (which I think is connected to the hotel) was so under staffed that we could not use our voucher! There was just one wait staff and I think she was cooking some of the food. I waited for 20 minutes before she even could take our order. 4) At 6:30am the day after Thanksgiving, the fire alarm went off. We had to evacuate from the hotel and freeze in the parking lot (it was about 55 degrees). The fire engines came and after about 45 minutes, we were told, "Sorry, it was just a bad sensor.". Lastly, when I called Hilton Honors customer service, I was told, "Sorry, we can't do anything until you check out." So, as you can see, a horrible experience for $225 per night!

Neither the rug or other floors in the suite had been vacuumed/swept prior to me checking in. Also, after a shower I discovered some red "stuff" on my towel. Some looked like blush but elsewhere it looked like blood. Yuck!!!

Have stayed here 2 times and both times have enjoyed the stay immensely. Comfortable beds and pillows. Lobby is immaculate and a have a wide variety of snack and drink options to purchase. Coffee in the morning was perfect!

Front desk and overall was good,however I had to call front desk 3 times or more to have someone come and clean our room and put clean towels, and after they put clean towels one time in 3 days, they did not clean toialet,vanity and sink,had to call again for that.
