My only complaint is that I had to get a new room key three different times because they ckept on getting demagnetized. Just update the system. Invest in the property. Otherwise everything was nice. Staff was awesome.

Don’t come for the hotel, come for the welcome!
The place was convenient for where we needed to be but of a quality I’d rather not stay at again. However, the front desk gent, Joseph, was amazing and made us feel so welcome and that overcame any shortcomings the place has. Thank you, Joseph!

Elevators were not working and no discount was offered due to inconvenience. Had to carry heavy luggage up to 3rd floor with a hurt shoulder. I understand things happens and equipment breaks, but a discount should have been provided.
