The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. However, they work for Holiday Inn, not Orkin. So having roaches in a brand new renovated room was a little off-putting. Their was also hair in the shower and the toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall.

Our stay was great! So many friend staff members. VERY ACCOMMODATING! The breakfast was so good and they offer so much. I was leaving on a cruise from Jacksonville and the hotel was 5 minutes away from the port.

Just a great Hotel. I stay here when I’m going on a cruise out of Jacksonville but I also stay here when I’m cruising out of Miami as a half way mark from North Carolina. There’s plenty of places to eat with 15 min of the hotel.
