This hotel exceeded my expectations. Excellent property, presentation, and amenities - budget friendly. First class accommodation. The staff are friendly & engaging. Easy parking, multiple restaurants within walking distance. Gas station right next door. Property is safe & quiet. I'm glad I discovered this place and will definitely stay here again when traveling to Jax, which I do often.

The two sisters working at the front desk were friendly at check-in and checkout. The first room 317 that I was originally in, had no security lock. When I told the front desk they acted like it wasn’t a big deal and just moved me to a new room. I was incredibly uncomfortable for the two days that I stayed there, but I was too exhausted and broke to cancel and try to go to another hotel. So, I just took the new room. The luggage carts were gross. The walls in the room and shower were scuffed up. You can hear everything and I mean everything. TVs & showers in other rooms, people talking in their room and in the hallway. This hotel is not for me.
