CHECK IN STAFF IN THE AFTERNOON,ALEXANDRIA, WAS EXCELLENT, ROOM WAS CLEAN AND QUIET, ONLY NEGATIVE WAS BATHROOM WAS VERY SMALL SINCE WE HAD A ROOM WITH TWO QUEEN BEDS AND ONLY ONE PERSON COULD GET INTO THE BATHROOM AT ANY ONE TIME. Great Hotel!

My son was admitted to Jacksonville Memorial in an emergency. This hotel was very accommodating and gave us peace of mind while going through a difficult time. So thankful for the clean and safe hotel room. It is also located in an area that has lots of food and shopping options.

Average stay

Clean rooms. Rooms are not quiet. Lots of road noise, loud a/c, and construction. Free breakfast not very good and if you go down there later in the time frame, there was not much left and when I asked if they would refill food I was told no with a half a hour left.
