Overall the property was on. A lot of remodeling being done. Requested a king bed at time of reservation and was approved for it. On check in the staff stated they on had two queens. Was not pleased at all and she told me I didn’t have to stay there. Loud music playing all night long also.

Everything is perfect! The staff is amazing!!! There was one lady forgot her name but she was working overnight and the next day making sure everything for breakfast was awesome!! She was so welcoming and sweet!!!

The hotel was new or newly remodeled. Most stuff worked but the hvac was problematic. Hard to get the temp right. Too hot or too cold. Breakfast was being run by someone who didn’t know how to do the job. The juice machine put out water. The auto pancake machine didn’t put out pancakes but acted like it worked. The food was cold. Potato’s undercooked bacon cheap.

Quick Trip to Jax
Quick overnight trip to visit family in Jacksonville. Hotel was undergoing renovations so the lobby was a little noisy when we were checking in, but was no bother to us since we were heading out to dinner after check in. Overall, our room was beautifully renovated, the bed was comfortable, & the price was reasonable. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Disappointing
We have enjoyed staying at this hotel several times but this time was disappointing. We had reserved a handicapped accessible room but did not get it. My husband had to sponge bathe at the sink. Once we got to bed, I realized that my pillows had such a musty, moldy odor I could not sleep on them. Clean pillows were delivered within 30 minutes but this should never have happened. It appears that the hotel is undergoing some renovations. Perhaps this is causing problems for them. I hope things will improve.
