A little disappointed!
I really looked forward for the breakfast. I was truly disappointed. The French toast was hard and cold, the eggs were cold, the sausages were not throughly cooked. We had to let the staff know there no more food on the line to serve us. The breakfast was horrible. The front desk did an awesome job! They were very courteous and attentive.

Staff were really nice. The second night of our stay was a little rough. Some sort of event was booked on the first floor right below us and they played very loud booming music from 5 pm until about 1130 pm.

I arrived in Jacksonville on a Monday for a work event and went directly to the Holiday Inn hotel. The receptionist was very polite. I had never seen a person as polite as this reception guy . Stay overall was good. Appreciated the coffee in the lobby to grab a cup as heading out. Would have appreciated a banana, apple or toast or some sort of a breakfast offering would have made the stay perfect

We stayed at this location before and was satisfied with the room and cleanliness of the room. The location is great. This visit we were not satisfied with the 1st room (curtain torn, toilet seat stained, ceiling over shower needs repair). We had to change rooms. The hotel is not being maintained.
