Room was very nice, only there for one night so didnt take advantage of amenities. Was frustrated that airport shuttle did not start until 7 as we needed to leave at 6. This was not stated on their website.

My only is that I only stayed one night. Large room with fridge, microwave, kitchen with tableware, in house gym, pool, and a really great breakfast. Next time, I’ll book this for longer.

Over my four night stay, we never got any room service. All the garbage were filled and bathroom was dirty. On the 3rd day, I went to the front desk to request towels and room service and they promised me for one but they never did. There was no ice bucket and when I asked for one, I was told no more buckets available. There is also no Safe provided in the room. The fridge kept shutting off all the time, I was told to keep flipping the fuse switch everytime. This beside that everytime I call the front desk, noone would pick up. Lastly, on Sat they decided to provide very poor quality of paper plates instead their normal serving plates. There was absolutely no kind of any service provided to us.

Short Stay
Good for a short stay with family. Room and facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and professional. The included breakfast was great and well stocked. Down side was house keeping only comes every other day, soap dispensers in shower were empty, and additional pillows were not available when requested to accommodate our family.

While the hotel itself was fine, the beds were awful. We had a room for 3 people and only 3 pillows. The pillows went completely flat when you put your head on them. When we asked the front staff for more pillows they said they were out of them. The worst 3 nights of sleep I have had in a long time. The water pressure was awful. Showers were not relaxing due to that. The staff was friendly but our stay was not a good experience due to the those issues
