The hotel is pretty nice in itself, however we had someone's fake eyelash on her bathroom vanity when we checked in. I thought it was funny until my husband said that means they didn't even wipe down the counter because if they did that eyelash wouldn't be there. Also there's not a lot of places to eat around there for a decent meal that's not fast food. We ended up eating at a restaurant in the hotel. We were told it was going to be a 25-minute wait, it ended up being an hour. We ordered drinks immediately and that took 20 minutes to get to the table. We ordered our entrees and that took 30 minutes and wouldn't you know it, are entrees got delivered to the table next to us on accident so then we had to wait longer for the entrees to be remade. It's a very large Hotel, and I guess because it was Sunday not a lot of places were open, but the area surrounding this hotel is not the greatest neighborhood.

The Hallways
The service was excellent and the rooms themselves were very clean, the only issue that I really had were the hallways, they had a very strong odor almost like a mix of mildew and animal… but other than that I would definitely stay again

I liked the location, right downtown with easy walking. One odd thing, the bed was not comfortable at all, which is weird considering it's a Hyatt.

I had to cancel my trip with a non refundable reservation. Also the price decreased after I made my initial reservation and I was not able to get the rate reduced . Kinda got the runaround on that between hotel.com and Hyatt . I don’t like the new One-key rewards. The one free for ten was more rewarding

Great Stay! Kids loved it!
Loved the hotel, breakfast was great and so was the bar, came for a football game. Rental scooters outside the hotel and the stadium were the fastest way to and from the game! Also they were really fun and easy to use! Kids had a blast touring around on the scooters! Staff was friendly. Only issue was the AC wasn't super cold when we checked into the room, took a while to get cool. But it never really got "cold" and it made it tough to sleep. But that could have just did our room and not the whole hotel. We will be back

Overall we had a good stay at this hotel. Lots of rooms, lots of elevators, lots of staff and everyone was super-nice and friendly. Two beefs: the amount of time it took for us to have dinner served in one of their on-site restaurants (we were there for a full hour before food was served, two and a half hours total) and how incredibly low the toilet in our room was. We're not handicapped per se, but we're both very tall and the low toilet, in my opinion, is what takes this property from a five-star to a four. ALSO...watch out around the beds. There are metal things that stick out and smack you in the ankle.

The valet parking was horrific. I have stayed in this hotel before and never had such a problem. Valet was rude and in your face. I saw attendants block customers from entering the hotel demanding to show their room key. I was demanded to tell the attendants what I was doing there, blocking me from exiting my car. It was weird. All weekend. It was horrible.
