Nice property. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and the bed and pillows were great. Sounds weird, but lousy pillows make for a crappy night. Over all we had a great stay

I was in town with my 2 kids to see a football game. This was a very convenient location but we were not treated very kindly when we arrived. I will need to get better at paying attention to names of the staff there was one women at the front desk who was incredibly kind, she was very positive and friendly the other couple women were the polar opposite. We had a great encounter with a women at pier 1515 and the breakfast we ordered to go was great and reasonable priced. Having to pay $17 a day to park is a little ridiculous if you ask me especially if you’re paying so much money to stay at the hotel. There was no light in the shower or a fan, also no garbage bags in the room at all. This is the first hotel I’ve been to with no microwave which was strange. Overall it was a good stay my kids loved the pool.

We enjoyed the water taxi to the Jaguars stadium. Unfortunately our breakfast on site was quite possibly the worst breakfast experience we’ve had. Grossly overpriced. Poor service. Definitely recommend going anywhere else.
