I always stay at Margaritaville Jax Beach when I’m there for Mayo Clinic appts. My only continued complaint is lack parking & no other choice but paid valet. This last stay our cold water faucet in the bathroom wasn’t working. Otherwise, beautiful property with friendly, helpful staff on a gorgeous beach.

Quick trip but amazing stay!
The hotel was easy to find and it's right on the beach. Parking is a little tricky, since there are a few lots and spaces on the street, so we did valet which was perfect. It's worth the money. They were nice and easy to use since we had to come and go a few times. The room was beautiful, and it was a king suite on the ocean with a balcony with 2 chairs and a table. It's a large hotel, so be prepared to walk a bit to your room and to the lobby. There was a coffee shop in the lobby and a store with tshirts and things. Nicely decorated with beachy feel. Flip flops and margarita glasses hanging up. Fresh clean smell and seemed to be updated pretty well. We will definitely be back.

Not a great experience
My friend and I arrived around noon knowing we probably have to put our luggage in storage if they told us to come back at two for chicken we came back at 4:30 and the room still was not ready. This really disrupted our evening plans since we needed to change And also wanted to get our bathing suits. In the morning, we went in the pool, but it was cold and no towels. The valet guy was nice enough to get them for us upstairs. The bar was nice in the evening on the patio however, inside noticed that they barely play any more Jimmy Buffett songs, which is really what brought me back this time they might choose another hotel next time the decor and hotel are fun, but did not seem to have the same kind of care for Jimmy Buffett as they've had in the past.
