I loved this hotel. I am in town every other weekend. Tried expensive hotels. The cleanliness of this one was impressive. Staff were pleasant to talk to and do seem to care. I will be there again in a couple of weeks.

I stayed for one night traveling through and because I used my Hotels.com cash rewards, they turned around and charged a $25 charge, in addition on my credit card. It’s nonsense just because I didn’t pay full price, I feel that they felt like they could do that and get a way with it. THERE WERE ABSOLUTELY NO INCIDENTALS. I am the most clean, tidy, professional traveler. I go to Airbnb’s and often times pay zero cleaning fees because I leave the places better than arrival. I stayed a total of 8 hours and didn’t dirty or even touch much at all. So… look out for these scammers. I demand my $25 refunded to my credit card immediately. Travel date: Wednesday Sept 24, 2025. When my refund is completed, I’ll rate you a better star, stop playing games.
