Terrible, don’t waste your money!
Not what I hoped or expected. Not worth the money initially and especially not with a surprise $70 extra for my 12 hr stay! They said it was a resort and valet fee. But resort amenities were no where to be found and not communicated if they had them. Bathrooms suck! They are tiny and the door barely clears the toilet. Shower is comparable to a motel 6. Dated! The required valet personnel is rude and the lobby area in the morning smelled like smoke! Beds are average. TV is VERY dated by like 20+ yrs. The biggest waste of money I’ve spent in years!

One Ocean is an iconic property for me as I grew up in Jacksonville. The staff was excellent and there was always someone available. The room had a nice view of the ocean & square below but it was small and the AC unit was kind of loud and not very efficient. We had to adjust throughout the night. Beds were small but comfortable but the pillows could have been a bit more puffy. Breakfast was not good and was comped by the restaurant. Maybe it was just a bad day there. Overall a pretty good stay. Very pet friendly property and still smelled fresh & clean!
