I understand that for the price we paid we can't expect much but basic cleanliness is a must. There was dust on the floor and someone's clipped toe nails, shower head and faucet had built up on them that was interfering with the water flow. I noticed that the first morning and asked at the reception to clean the room specifying the floor and built up on the shower. The only thing the cleaning staff did was changing the towels and making the bed. The second morning we decided not to have breakfast at the hotel, so I wanted to use the coffeemaker in the room. The coffee holder was missing and I found an old molded coffee pod in the water compartment, something that was not cleaned after previous guests.

This property should be condemned it was discussing would have slept outside before I stayed there. Misty at front desk was very helpful she helped get our money back. WOULD NEVER STAY THERE.

Our room was filthy. There was dirt caked on the once white doors, grime around the bathroom sink, and stuff growing out of the shower head. Dust bunnies were all over the room, and it smelled very musty. Will not be staying there again.

It looked like a property that has had its time and waiting to be demolished. Only one elevator worked, the pool closed for some time. Everything looked in disrepair. Bedside lamp not working, lumpy mattress, bed squeaky, Kleenex box empty. Couldn’t use the internet. Breakfast choices awful. Coffee tepid.

I don’t normally write a review but I was vary disappointed the room they put us in the 1st time was disappointing and no light vibe was not good we asked to change and they gave us a bigger room but it was discussing!! Hair all in the bath tub they did not sweep the head board had oily hand prints and just pure disgusting!! We take a shower and 5 sec later feet were black!! They don’t sweep or mop! The whole place is rundown and not maintained the pool was empty and dirty

First room was unexceptionable, walked into the room smelled like dead fish, cigarettes, inside of the front door well let’s say needs replaced, bake of toilet broken, mirror frame broken, water on end table, refrigerator door had something all over it, rust on light fixtures and door hinges, show head needs to be replaced, second room they put us in Bed looked like it was not made, just covered over, the bottom of the bathroom door was rotten away when you close the door the door had two holes in it, and again the shower head needed replace, the bathroom sink you were unable to unstop the water in the sink, in the breaks area the juice machine was not working so management put a jug of Apple Juice out, there was a container of Milk something you would place coffee in, you could make a waffle and that’s about it, counter was not cleaned even when there was an employee just standing around, this holes also wanted a $100 damage deposit on the condition of the rooms done know why, sent the GM a msg with pictures and ad of 03/15/2025 at 2030 hrs no reply, I have more picture

The rooms were bare. No phones, no pictures. The bed mattress was slumping. The ceilings were cracked. The bathroom stainless fixtures were ugly. The shower pressure was poor. Checked out as soon as we found another place.

Wouldn’t be my first choice

This hotel (motel, really) is very run down on the outside. The room door looked like some may have tried to kick it in or break into it. It smelled of pot. The deadbolt didn’t work and you could see it was bent inside the door. The room was clean and comfortable though. It was okay for the price. Staff was friendly. Pool was not usable.
