The property and rooms were in decrepit condition. The first room I was accommodated in had the cable TV wire cut out from the wall. The bathroom was dirty. It looked like the room was used before me and was not cleaned. I went to the front desk and let them know what happened. They then proceeded to put me in another room in the same conditions except for the TV worked this time. The linens were stained and dirty. The towels were dirty. It was not worth it I wish I could give it zero stars.

The room was so dirty we didn't want to stay initially. The linens and towels looked filthy and worn out. We purchased fresh towels, pillows and linens from Walmart because we were afraid of catching something. We made it first night and decided to leave rather than stay for the second night which we prepaid for. Disgusting place to stay.

Paint peeling from the walls and ceiling, bars of soap and shampoo just open all over inside one of the side tables, a bottle of laundry detergent just left and in the room, tv remote with no battery cover, pool and hot tub looks like it has not been maintain in years, trash all over the place.

The bed linens were dirty and smelly. The towels were surty not sure if the laundry team uses detergent or just uses water because they stink. The bathroom shower curtain also dirty and the manger never had/made time to talk to me and make things better
