The room was spacious and very clean. As they are reburbishing spaces like pool and breakfast hall, I was surprised that these were unavailable as Hotels.com did not state these closures. Under amenties, these were not listed, but with photos showing pool and breakfast, it would be expected that these are available. The staff was great as the location. I would hope they would have heaters in the room and not just air conitioners. All in all, I would stay here again, but will carry a heater to be safe. 🙃 I will also call hotwla before booking to ensure all amenties arw available.

The hotel was under construction, and there was no indication that it was even open. I had to stick my head into a door at the side of the property, which turned out to be a reservation desk. Literally just a desk. I was weirded out, but the room was quiet and comfortable.

Friday night. I thought got into chiggers or red bugs while out visiting. Turns out it’s something in that hotel causing me to itch like crazy. They said no smokeingbin the room. I walked outside to smoke and they kept my deposit for that telling me I smoked in the room when I didn’t. They have renovations going on so it’s hard to sleep with the noise. At night the court yard is so lit up that the light comes in though the Shanda’s making it hard to sleep. This plaice was absolutely horrendous

Staff was very helpful and friendly. But the rooms were old and had a weird musty smell. I had to switch rooms due to complications with the room I was given. The second room was better with better and newer appliances. The first room had a stove thst couldn't really be used and septic problems. It might be due to renovations thoigh. Therefore, things might be a lot better 6 months from the writing of this review. I also booked under the assumption that there would be a g7m. However, it q closed due to renovations. I wish I would've known that ahead of time. Overall, it was a n okay stay. Had microwave, fridge, bed and working toilet and bathroom.. I think once the renovations are done it's going to be an amazing place.

This is one of my favorite hotels I will definitely prefer Windsor innn hotel over any other hotel they clean always smell good the people in the office are very nice I just love it if you ever need a place to stay over night I will recommend Windsor inn hotel .
