Owners are lovely and girl at the kitchen very sweet also. The room was immaculate, I don’t think I’ve been to a room as pristine as this one. Sheets very nice and clean, very comfortable bed and best of all amazingly quiet giving me a wonderful and refreshing good night sleep. Will definitely stay there again without a doubt!!

Very clean rooms and polite staff. Breakfast was great and they even let my youngest kid eat for free even though she eats a lot lol. Will be back when going to zoo in Jacksonville!

Very clean, they are trying to update the property, pool and laundry are NOT available. It may look like a long way from downtown, but it is only 16 minutes away. Most staff were fantastic. Recommend that if you are extending you stay, book on-line. I paid a premium to extend my stay when booking thru the front desk. Overall good experience. No pool/laundry - so there is no extra value there. There is a continental breakfast available for extra charge. Support staff are on it.

First and foremost, we had a good stay. The front desk was always polite and helpful. Check in and out was very smooth with no issues. This is an older hotel and is currently under renovations. Our room was in the process of being updated and the only thing missing from it was the iron and ironing board, which we didn't need. The furniture looked newer, it was clean, no smell, fresh paint. My husband liked the bed, but I'm a picky sleeper. The shower was nice and hot, but the water pressure wasn't the best. The hotel sign is not up at this time so you need to know what the building looks like to find it, use google maps street view. They offer breakfast and you prepay at check in if you want it. There are tons of restaurants in the area to choose from as well as shopping. This looks to be a smoke free facility which i loved! There is a $50 deposit due at check in. You get it back once housekeeping checks the room for damages and smoke smells. Even though it looks iffy, we had zero issues and i would stay here again.
