They didn’t clean the room during the 7 days that I stayed, not even once and when I asked for clean towels they didn’t have any to give to me. That was unacceptable!

Just ok but the price is right
The front desk staff wasn't on the ball. Our request for linens hadn't been completed after 12 hours, only to be told they didn't have any clean sheets to give us. Free breakfast was poorly prepared. Room was ok, quiet and comfortable but room smelled as if someone had smoked in I'm it.

Where do I start!! My visit began on a Saturday night. Comedy Central was in the lobby but I was checked in relatively quick. Then it went downhill, I got to the room, it doesn’t open. I go switch it, the second room doesn’t open. I go for the third time, the concierge is no where to be found, for 28 minutes I stood in the lobby. Then got a room that actually opens. However, the carpet was a swimming pool due to the leaking AC. Breakfast was absolutely disgusting, everything was either dry or completely solid. The only decent thing was the pancake machine which quickly stopped working. Overall, place is run down and doors to the parking lot are all broken. They need a visit from corporate, general manager needs to be fired so does the maintenance director and housekeeping lead. Very disappointing to se that this is what Ramada has become.

Go to Holiday Inn on St Augustine Road
Horrific hotel. Couldn’t get any towels of any kind for two days. Front desk and manager are rude, unprofessional and impatient. They run it like a crack house. Treat you like a criminal, go into your rooms and call you names. There were also a majority of single men and they would come out and stare at us girls in the pool. Leering and waving even when you were obviously uncomfortable. There were roaches, spiders and the reek of pot in our first room. The room we were moved to looked like it hadn’t been touched in 15 years. The whole property is falling apart, the comedy zone is the only thing holding up this pile of crap. I didn’t realize I had messed up my check out day until I tried to get into my room and it was disabled. Went to front desk, honest mistake, they had plenty of rooms so it should have been an easy fix. No biggie. Front desk woman (who was already yelled at by another guest for her attitude) acted upset that I needed to get into my room to get my debit card to pay for the additional night. Asked me wait outside for her to let me in, 30 mins later I called for help and the manager was weirdly aggressive. Then instead of politely explaining I had to be observed they barged into the room looking around and yelling at me. Called me names saying I put my hands on her when I was startled she went into my room and put my hand out. She literally walked into me then called me ratchet. It was surreal. None of this had to go down like this. It was a simple mistake.

we paid for 3 rooms...went to my granddaughters 15th bday party...2 of the rooms were adjoining...my grandson feel asleep in the middle room...we tried to get back into the room the key would not work...went to the front desk got another key it didnt work..the front mgr came back with a 3rd set it did not work..it is now 2:30 in the morning...her reply was oh well it will have to wait until morning....very rude service...my daughter called the fire dept.. they came and kicked down the middle door...will never go there again

I can share pictures if you would like. The beds were clean but that was all that was clean in the rooms. Sorry floors, walls with very obvious dirt, smarted and called up sorry on the walls, tub dirty with mildew all around the basin and on the ceiling, ac unit called in dust, set on 60 but barely kept the room tolerable. Lobby, bar and restaurant we clean. Breakfast food was good. Parking was good first night. The night of the comedy show was awful. We had trouble finding parking to get back to our room

Definitely not so good. First received a room that had a leak and even bedding was damp. Fan was running in the room. Called front desk. Said they would run keys right out. They didn’t. People in an extremely loud argument right outside the door. We left first thing in the morning.
