Reserved a room to evacuate from hurricane, get there and my room was changed to something else that was completely uncomfortable. The guest attendant was very rude about it. There was no luggage carts the entire stay, the power went out about 12am and was out the entire stay, asked same rude guy about discounting our rate because of the power being out and he was a complete jerk about it. The room was clean and nice but not what I reserved and not what I needed.

I loved my stay. I always do. This time some new things were experienced. A man came to my door and would not leave until i opened the door. The man said that he was told something needed to be fixed in the bathroom. I assured the man that nothing needed to be fixed. He left and never saw him again. In fact, I’ve stayed at this location several times and that was the first time I’d ever seen him! The other experience was my receipt shows that I checked out after the checkout time. This is incorrect because I left the night prior to checkout time. I left early because I was afraid to be stuck there during the storm. Outside of those events, I enjoyed my stay.

Very nice clean. Rooms are big and accommodating. The area of the hotel was right across the street from the hospital and seemed alittle sketchy. But other than that we would definitely stay here again
