Great location. Right on the beach. Two good restaurants nearby. Close to state park. Short drive to historic district. Free breakfast was not good. Mattress and pillows hard as rocks. Had a backache after one night of poor sleep.

Pet fee hidden

The problem I had was with Hotels.com. We needed a pet friendly hotel. Seaside Amelia Inn came up but they had a $100 pet fee for one a night stay! Hotels,com did not show this in the reservation. Beware!

This place was great for our stop. They allowed our pets and we were right on the beach! Only downside that we felt was there isnt a ton of parking (especially for taller vehicles). Thankfully we got the last spot in the lot but if it wasnt there you had to park down the street and walk to the hotel

I was able to check in early. The person who checked us in (Jenzelle - don't know if that's correct) was amazing, personable, and very helpful! She greeted us with a beautiful smile while handling a situation on the phone. Our room had just the right amount of amenities. Breakfast was hot and delicious and the attendant was very friendly. I loved the views from the rooftop! There was a guy there who said he was new and didn't know much. He should really try and familiarize himself with the property and his surroundings if he's going to work there. The hotel "store" could use a little more choices of food and drinks. Also, the cookies at the front desk were so good. Thanks! Definitely would stay here again!

Cute hotel!!

This is such a cute hotel right in the beach! It was perfect! The guy working the front desk was so nice and polite! The only thing I would suggest is more lighting in the parking lot

Advertised as suite, but would not call it that. The bed wasn't changed as the sheets were sandy. Also, room wasn't stocked and items that should be there were missing. Coffee pods, hair dryer. The pics on their site are very deceiving, know this happens a lot.
