There was a roach in our room 219 hair in the bathroom when we arrived and sunflower seeds under the edge of the bed not to mention all the food wrappers and a piece of clothing in the pull out bed and when we told the manager he said the roach was understandable but clothing and food wrappers were unacceptable and said there was no way to reimburse me anything because I booked on here

Slept okay. Not enough room for breakfast. People had to stand and eat their food and hold plates. I went to the bathroom before we left, but chose to go all the way back upstairs to our room,when I saw the 3inch cockroach in the middle of the woman’s restroom floor.

Great staff. I booked two queens, but all were gone. The clerk gave us a king without extra cost. Breakfast is fantastic! There are restaurants in walking distance.

I visited Jacksonville, FL, for a conference at the Mayo Clinic. It was my best stay in Jacksonville! I enjoyed every bit of my stay, whether it was greeting at the reception, room cleanliness, or breakfast! Also, the hotel staff is fantastic! I enjoyed my stay.

Property is currently under construction, which wasn’t immediately evident in the reviews. The pool was outside and I should’ve known because there were no pictures. Seating area for breakfast was absolutely terrible. Positives- the staff were kind and friendly. It was also located right near an Dunkin and highway. Our room was spacious, albeit wasn’t updated nor clean. I don’t think we’ll be staying here again.
