Spend the day relaxing at the beach, practicing your swing on The Villas of Amelia Island's golf course, or pampering yourself at the full-service spa. Then enjoy a meal at one of the vacation home's 9 restaurants. All homes are individually decorated and offer free WiFi and free local calls. For a bit of entertainment, guests will find flat-screen TVs with cable channels, and other amenities include furnished balconies and premium bedding. Housekeeping is available on request.
The Villas of Amelia Island offers 350 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature safes and coffee/tea makers. Rooms open to furnished balconies. Each accommodation is individually furnished and decorated. Beds feature premium bedding. Flat-screen televisions come with premium cable channels. Room floor was dirty, land line to contact guest reception was ancient and full of static. Walls all dinged up. Needs a fresh coat of paint on the inside. Fridge was nice to have but freezer was on fritz and iced over everything.

The Villas at the tennis courts had a very strange layout-couldn’t get in closet because bed too close, kitchenette in the bathroom. Pickle court behind villa loud-people playing before 8am. Check in and check out process not good-no maps available, printer broken, confusing instructions

The check-in building was filthy on the outside, so I was skeptical, before I went in. The directions to our villa were difficult in the day, the signs were poor and the road loopy. When we came back at night, it was impossible to see or read the signs, after an hour, the bus took pity on us and led us to out Villa. Exhausting!

The room looked a bit worn. Water on steps and sidewalks after rain made them very slippery. At check in, I was not advised of the entire amount of my stay being held on my cc despite the fact that I had booked and paid in full prior to stay.

The room was clean, but extremely outdated. The furniture, specifically the dresser and desk. Were very worn with pieces of wood and the knobs missing. The beds were very cheap with wheels under the frame. Service around the pool area was terrible and slow. My husband and I expected more from the Omni brand. We will definitely not be staying here again.
