I was not able to lock the door from the inside. I felt unsafe. Very noisy. The bed was unstable for 2 people. Room was clean. A lot of safety issues.

The exceptional thing about this hotel is the staf
I had stayed here before. The reception service was exceptional and the staff were very friendly. However, there are some good rooms and some terrible ones, starting with the bathtubs in poor condition. My last experience was terrible. The room was dirty, there was hair in the bathtub and the fridge, and the bed even moved. It was very unpleasant. The exceptional thing about this hotel is the staff.

When I tried calling to let them know, I would be arriving late. No one answered the phone when I showed up after 1 AM. The door was locked with a sign saying they were closed and if there was an emergency to call phone number. When I called the phone number it was, not a working number. I had to go down the street and find another hotel which was five times the price.

I likw the promotions they offer. Buy 6 nights tet tbe 7th free. Another thing that makes this hotel stand out is the updates appliances. Including, its own laundry room with updated the new washers and dryers as well as a gym and a computer which has access to printing?In faxing aervices which i thought was great as well. All of which I took full advantage of during my stay. Another thing i like is the tvs, which has cable and streaming on demand included. (No need to bring roku). All in all enjoyed my stay.
