Our overall assessment of this property is that it is over rated. Facilities are old, air conditioning in the rooms is awful, bathrooms smell like stagnant water, hot water is deficient, there is an extreme lack of security, people having sex in the swimming pools without security intervening, food was disgusting, entertainment was not entertaining and boring, and alcoholic beverages were substandard. We were relocated to another room after several complaints and hours of going back and forth with the front desk personnel to help us find a decent room. Communicating with the front desk was an adventure and very challenging. We were a group of 18 people looking forward to have a fun weekend and ended up disappointed. We will definitely not recommend this hotel.

Smoke detector battery was low and it took them three days to address the issue which resulted in me having to remove the detector from the wall per their instructions because they didn’t have a battery for it so the chirping disturbed my sleep for three nights I feel this issue should have been resolved immediately without me having to continuously ask for it to be fixed

the staff/front desk staff that i encountered were very rude and couldn’t have seemed to care less about me even being in front of them at all no eye contact at all i was placed right next to the elevator in the corner which i had to really look for seeing how it just seemed like a maintenance closet refused to switch me rooms even after having to book for another night twice i hardly slept at all the entire time because of how noisy it was 0/10 would not recommend

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The ONLY complaint (and not really a complaint ) was that we asked for 2 wakeup calls and received none. We have stayed there twice and would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Exterior, But Rooms in Serious Need of Renovation I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and was really disappointed by the condition of the room. There were noticeable stains and mildew on the bedroom walls and ceiling, as well as in the bathroom. It felt neglected and poorly maintained. What made it even more frustrating is that the exterior of the hotel is absolutely beautiful—it gives a great first impression. Unfortunately, the rooms don’t reflect that same standard. They’re in serious need of renovation and a deep cleaning. Staff and location were decent, but the state of the room made the stay uncomfortable. I hope the hotel invests in improving the rooms soon, because the potential is definitely there.
