Have stayed here multiple times. Nice, clean, quiet. Excellent staff. Only complaint is water pressure in shower. Was pretty much nonexistent.

Great location and clean hotel
The hotel was clean and the location was great proximity to our tournaments. Compared to the other hotels in the area, this one was pretty good. Strange way of entering the parking lot, needing to get out of the car to scan badge, and area around hotel a bit shady, but lots of parking and secured which was a plus. Had no issues and would definitely stay again if in the area.

Stayed at this property for four nights. Wanted to leave two bags at the property until later in the afternoon when going to the airport and there was a church to leave the bags in a closet. This storage service should be complementary after you’ve stayed for four nights.

Staff was awesome and the hotels is newer and very clean. Parking was great as well as you need a room key for the caged gate to open, so your car is locked in the garage which was nice. Hotel very close to Manhattan but the uber was still $60 each way due to tunnel toll. There is a shuttle a short walk that was 4 buck per person.

This hotel isn’t what we expected. It says it’s a 7 min drive away from Times Square but keep in mind with traffic it’s way more. It took us almost an hour to get to Times Square. This was a major inconvenience since we wanted somewhere close to Times Square but we ended up needing to spend 60 dollars on Ubers to get to Times Square because of the traffic.(I’m sure without traffic it’s 7 minutes from Times Square but let’s be realistic New York is always a very busy city.) despite this, cleanliness was okay. Room service never came to clean our room despite us putting the sign on our door that we wanted it to be cleaned. This was a bummer after coming back to the hotel after a long day. Apart from this, the breakfast was okay. Not sure if I would stay here again.

The customer service was amazing. Gotel qas clean and they had the accessible rooms. Parking lot was a plus. One observation their bathroom, ro open the shower it was loose needed repaired Location is not bad but not the best area. It was convenient and close to highway, and uber was there. They also have shuttle services.
