The elevator closed and took us on a joy ride a couple of times, the sensors did not work properly when getting of so the doors would quickly close. Hyatt Regency Jersey City on the Hudson
Very clean room. Terrible bed, terrible pillows. Also asked for early check in and when I got there they told me I would be charged for it which was never told prior. So I had to wait 2 hours bc I didn’t want to wait or pay bc I was never told. That’s not right.
