I recently stayed at this hotel and had a disappointing experience. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a dirty carpet in my room and found that the crib provided for my baby was also in unacceptable condition.
The check-in process was particularly troubling; the front desk staff had an unwelcoming attitude, which set a negative tone for my stay. To make matters worse, I was uncomfortable when the staff insisted on taking a photocopy of my credit card and ID. When I inquired about this policy, the explanation provided did little to reassure me.
Finally, at checkout, I was surprised to be denied a receipt, which added to my unease about the overall handling of my payment information. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience, as cleanliness and customer service are essential for a pleasant stay.
