The property itself seems to need a renovation . Not a problem until we got to our room on the 3rd floor the smell of cigarette smoke greeted us as soon as we opened the door. We immediately opened windows. There was hair everywhere including all over the bathroom . The heater didnt seem to turn on. We were only staying a few hours and were exhausted from our journey there so decided to overlook these issues. But when we woke a few hours later the smell of cigarettes was SO strong like someone was smoking next to us or something. Headaches for everyone.

We arrived very early and they accommodated us and let us check in well before even early check in. The person who checked us in also let my son (7) pick out a candy from the shop and let us have some of the breakfast (this is how early we arrived—our included breakfast would be the next morning). The hotel and room is exactly what I’ve come to expect from Holiday Inn, which is a good thing. A very pleasant experience all around!

For some reason, everytime I went to the bathroom and showered. My allergies immediately were triggered. I wasn’t the only one either, two other people I went with that have allergies had the same exact experience whenever they went into the shower. Constant sneezing, itchy, watery nose. I don’t know if it was due to mold or dust. We also had separate rooms. So it wasn’t just the one.
