I'm 3 months post knee replacement and the elevator was not working. The lowest room was on the 3rd floor. The staff were able to get us into the Days Inn next door for the same price, but now I couldn't use my Wyndham points.

NO ELEVATOR. Both are down! Also Waited more than 30 min for check in. Had to take the stairs to the 6th floor. Bad experiences after 16 ours of standing work day. Was a killer.

Biggest mistake to some one book the Hotel There is no Elevator at all will take over month until they replace it u have to carry all ur luggage up to 8th floor by stairs

Lift did not work for stay
Was there 3 days in which time to lift didn’t work at all, room was tidy and bed comfortable, not best situated if your not driving, bus does have a bus shuttle service at a cost of $10 each way but latest return is 20.30, breakfast very basic microwave didn’t work one day, had problems with the door lock kept getting stuck and wasn’t resolved when I was here. I am not one to normally give poor reviews,

Awful reminded me of a hotel you’d see in a horror movie! Door handle was broke staff refused to fix and gave tips on how to open it! Elevator broken! Room smelled awful! Worst experience ever

Overall we were happy that we could find a hotel at 7pm after other hotel has canceled our reservation. The elevator didnt work but we are young enough to go up to 5th floor. Staff was really nice and helpful. No issues getting lyft to NY. Breakfast was included, basic but we were fed.

My family and I, accompanied by young children, arrived at this hotel following a lengthy 12-hour drive. Upon our arrival, I found that the front entry door was inoperable. The receptionist informed me that the elevator was out of service and requested that I use the stairs to reach the fourth floor for check-in. I declined this option, and they subsequently directed me to the adjacent hotel, Days Inn. Unfortunately, our experience there was quite unpleasant, as we encountered a rat, and during our two-day stay, we had no alternative accommodations. My young kids and family is terrified!!

Rooms were not up to date. No wifi. Elevators were broken, had to walk up to the 4th floor. Breakfast was basically just bread and juice. Parking lot full of potholes and lose rocks.
