Reception staff are extremely polite and helpful, with the exception of one issue: I requested housekeeping, but during my 3-night stay, our room was never once cleaned. The housekeeping staff don't seem to speak English, because even the person I spoke with, asking for help, did not quite get what I was asking. The rooms are generally clean, but be aware that you are going to hear the light rail system's bells and whistles every time one approaches the station that's just in front of the property. There also does not appear to be much of an insulation on the windows, because you feel a cold draft coming in. The hotel views are exceptional, and so is the breakfast they serve.

The location was great, right next to a Path Station which was super convenient for traveling into NYC (our purpose for coming). Every staff member we encountered was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a perfect stay here. Such a great location to access transit to go into the city or even the meadowlands. The views were stunning as well. Everyone we came in contact with was lovely. The Rooftop restaurant is a must as well.

This is our go to hotel everytime we visit Jersey City. New york views are amazing. Rooftop bar is one of a kind in the area. Great drinks. Indoor and outdoor ambiance we will be back again.

Very good place but only there for an over night. Very clean room, comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, view of the NY skyline was AMAZING. Proximity to PATH lines is great 👍. Will return.
