Dusty room -could see lint/dust caked in vents dirty fabric on chairs. Shower head has white crust/residue on it. Glad I only stayed one night also when flushing the toilet it made a weird noise

The park hotel you should be a shame

Please don’t let them fool you. The hotel is outdated, old musky and smells like mold the pictures that’s online. It’s not with the actual hotel. Looks like.

I picked this hotel because it had good reviews and it was so close to MetLife. My experience was seamless and great. The staff were extremely friendly and the room was very clean and great for 3 people. I would definitely stay here again without a doubt.

We picked this hotel because we were going to a concert at MetLife stadium. The location was perfect, the hotel is large and updated. The staff was friendly, especially the hotel bartender. Starbucks closes early, which was a bummer, but we did grab coffee the next morning. Would definitely recommend if you are going to MetLife.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. I called the day before our stay to inquire about an early check-in as our travel plans let us to arrive early at the park hotel and their check-in time is at 4 PM.We were told they would submit a request and told us to call again the morning of our stay. We called that morning and we’re told that no one is getting an early check-in because they were fully booked the night before and need to clean the rooms. When we arrived early, the girl at the front desk was not polite or helpful and told us that she can’t do any early check-in, but to check back in an hour. This went on all day until 3:30 PM. We had several friends and met groups of people at the concert who all said they were able to walk up to the front desk as early as 11 AM that day and got an early check-in. The lack of customer service and attitude of the employees left a very bad taste in my mouth. If they had just told us the day before that there were no early check-in we could’ve planned accordingly. The fact that some people were randomly allowed to check in early and others weren’t felt very unfair and unprofessional.
