Paid for a king size with sofa bed but, there was no sofa bed. I had to call 3 times to request a sofa bed. I can hear everything from outside including a crying baby in the middle of the night.

I paid extra for city view, they did not have a room available and did not offer to compensate me, instead I got a view of MetLife Stadium. At 4AM, the people in the room next to us were banging on the wall next to our bed. Person at the front desk said there was no Security and did not offer to change our room. When we asked for a manager at check out time, there was no one around to speak to because he was on a 45 min break. No one answered there phones after we tried calling later.

We stayed for a weekend event happening at the hotel. The lobby area was cold even when the doors were not opening to the outside. The second floor balcony overlooking the lobby was more comfortable. The public restrooms were often low on supplies. The room’s thermostat was adjustable, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The hotel’s information said breakfast - complimentary with the room - was offered from 7-10 am but when morning came, no breakfast was offered by the hotel. The alternative was an 45-minute line at Starbucks. This is a good hotel if all you are doing is sleeping there. Very conveniently located for NYC, the American Dream mall, or MetLife Stadium. Very close to the Turnpike and Route 3 as well if you want to see more of New Jersey.
