Great Stay!

Check in was great, rooms and hotel overall were clean and in decent condition. If you look close enough you can spot some age issues :). The only negative was the bar and grill had only ONE employee - the bartender! The place was packed and you had to stand in line to get a drink. It took me 25 minutes! This is a management staffing issue - she was FANTASTIC!

The location is not accessible for walking. Mall of America is close but across a busy highway. If staying without a car you need to uber/cab everywhere.

My plans changed and i tried to edit my booking through the app. I just had to leave a day early and knew months in advance. The app said they would make a note and to bring it up to the staff on arrival since i hadnt paid yet. The front desk was not helpful and said they couldnt do anything and still charged me for the extra day. Beware, wouldnt stay here again.
