Vert nice star at the Harmony. Hôtel is old, but super clean. Beds are very confortables. Service was A1. Breakfast is excellent with lots of choice. Omelette station, bakeries extra fresh every morning, waffle station, and a lot more. We had a double room suite with 2 kings. Only downside is that it said sofabed but there was none. Only a sofa. Shuttle is right in front for port Authority terminal. 15 min ride. 9$ roundtrip. Free parking. I recommand this hotel

The suite was cold there was no heat, we had to sleep with our coats on. The first suite was cold so we moved a floor down and the next suite was still cold. That was very frustrating and I would like to get a refund.

Extremely disappointed to learn that the presidential suite did not have heat for a young family’s vacation. I feel duped for the price I paid for this room for what was supposed to be a memorable Christmas vacation. All that was offered was space heaters…. Very disappointed for the price I paid!!!

Our room was huge! The bed was comfortable and although the complimentary breakfast was packed, it was organzier and we were satisfied. Also the surrounding area was amazing. We were able to go to many stores and continue our christmas shopping.

We love the spacious rooms, the fact that the room is a suite one of us could be working while the others rests in the bedroom. The breakfast was good with stations for waffles and omelettes. Love the hot oatmeal with toppings. The receptionist was pleasant and we got to check in early which was very much appreciated! We would stay again!

We stayed here for 3 nights till thanksgiving. We booked a suite for 4. 1. First, I would like to thank the receptionist who gave good suggestions on early check-in options when I called up from JFK at 8am. Yes, we reached so early 😀. But they were kind enough to check us in at 12. We spent some time at the airport for breakfast and on the way from JFK to the hotel. We took Airtrain to Jamaica (30min), train E from Jamaica to Penn station ( 1 hr.), bus 230 from PATH at 42nd street to the hotel ( 20 min) - these buses have luggage trunks.. 2. Next is the commute to Manhattan. It’s very close from the heart of Manhattan. It took exactly between 18-20 min every time we travelled by bus to this hotel from 42nd street PATH Bus terminus - bus no 230 (gate/platform 214). You can select phase2 while buying the tickets from the kiosk at PATH, because this hotel is just at the border of phase2 and phase3. However, while taking the same bus from hotel to PATH, you have to pay for phase3 rate - which is a dollar more, when you buy from the kiosk at the bus stop opposite to the hotel. There is another bus - No. 190, from a bus stop at 10 min walking distance from the hotel. All the bus services are available since early morning till late night and very safe. 3. Locality: Beside being close to Manhattan it also offers a good neighborhood which is apt for tourists who may look for a Walmart or walkable dining options. This area was built keeping tourists in mind. You will get plenty
