We had an amazing time here! The staff was always super nice. Anytime we had requests and questions, they were patient and helpful. We weren't in the room for most of our trip but we always came back to a clean room. The view was spectacular! You could see all of midtown! Loved the little places around the hotel and I loved that we were across the street from the ferry. 10/10 experience. Thank you!

The front desk was excellent. But the young lady last night at the bar tried double dipping or is stealing money. My mom bought 2 of the tiny cokes and gave her a $20 bill, she turned and tried to get my mom to sign to sign the receipt possibly to have the room billed too. Keep an eye on her

Great location, clean spacious rooms. My only complaint is the soap pump in the shower was empty and no water bottles were left in the room (even after I mentioned it to the front desk. Additionally since it’s a pet friendly hotel they should offer dog bowls/bedfor those travel with service animals. Other than that, I recommend this hotel especially for easy travels into the city.
