Opened the door to my room and it was extremely hot. AC not working - Tried putting the TV on, and not connected - Called the front desk about the above, and the phone didn't work. Need 2 mechanics to repair issues within my first hour of arriving - not good

Mixed feelings hotel was in a good location, and loved that the ferry was over the road to get to Manhattan some days my room was not clean and when it was it wasn't cleaned well! There were also mice in the lobby on the 6th floor!!!!

Great location. We didn’t get a view room as requested due to a wedding party having first choice. Also couldn’t sleep on one of the nights until midnight due to excessive music noise and smell of weed.
