There was no coffee Maker in the room , no ice machine on floors . Have to go to the laundry room for ice , staff not friendly and no might staff . I normal go to Ramada in Paramus . They are not 5 stars but the staff is friendly there is I’ve machine onl 1st and second floor , Hot Breakfast is served . I choose this hotel Because I had a rally morning meeting at 7.30 so it was as convenient for me , will not recommend this place .

Dirty, weed smokes smells everywhere while it is forbidden, cockroach in the hallway. Breakfast included seems to be poor coffee, that's it. The only good thing is beds are clean and comfortable, the rest I let you imagine.

Wanted handi capped accesible room,did not get.First room given had non working TV. Moved to 3rd floor room far from elevators. I had a walker,horrible lication. Room had unfinished remodeling work on a wall,mussing molding on counter.Asked for kitchen supplies,never received. When I had concerns checking in I was told I did not understand how busy it was.I was the only guest. My room was even missing a lightbulb.I could not make it to breakfast I was so far away (i had just had hip surgery). They asked for my cc card at check in and ssid I would be charged at checkout.They charged me that night.Avoid

Very disappointing. I booked a room that was supposed to be handicap accessible. It was no different than a regular room and bathroom was definitely not handicap accessible. I was unable to use the tub or shower as there were no bars or supports to hold onto to help get into the tub or to hold onto while showering. There was nothing safe about that bathroom from a handicap point of view. Also the kitchen area had no chairs while the room next to it had two chairs. Only a person in a wheelchair would have been able to sit down and not all handicap people are in wheelchairs. I had to eat sitting on a bed or stand while eating.

My recent hotel stay was deeply disappointing. The room was not as advertised and felt unclean. The accommodation was, quite frankly, terrible and far below expectations. The staff, while polite, seemed overwhelmed and unable to address my concerns. I would not recommend this hotel.

Overall the hotel is fine for the price. And especially if you want to bring your dog. They do not offer cots. Breakfast is only coffee, oatmeal and packaged muffins. Our room phone was disconnected. You need to request any dishes. And bedding if you will be using the couch. There were holes in our ceiling (not leaking, but still holes). A crack in the kitchen wall.

The room was overall generally clean but the condition of the room was not good. There is no cable and only 3 channels. Breakfast is grab and go - muffins, coffee and that's all

Great location-that’s about it…

Entire hotel smelled like smoke even though there was no smoking in the rooms. No dishes in the room…not even small water glasses. Staff were talking/laughing with each other upon my arrival. Stood at desk for several minutes u til they acknowledged me in order to check in. Great location near activities, train station, mall and MetLife.
