Disappointed!!

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very important to me BUT it was disgusting, uneatable, totally ruined my stay AND also my day I Could not believe Hyatt would present this garbage to their guests! I will never stay at a Hyatt again. need to sey the coffee was very good! hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel room was spacious, but the floor was a bit uneven, and there was a lot of dust on top of the sofa. It wasn’t particularly clean. However, the hotel staff were very nice, and the location was great.

Great Stay

This is our fifth stay at this hotel within a year. We had to keep coming to New Jersey first to see my sick father who passed away, now we handling estate business. I enjoy staying at this hotel. I don't want to take a chance and stay anywhere I may not like. We already have a lot we're dealing with. This place is a sure thing. (If it's not broke, don't fix it) It offers commentary breakfast, have a gym, and a computer station. It's close to restaurants, stores, and New York. The rooms are spacious. We always get the double bed with a pull out couch. We can sleep up to 6 people. They have basic cable, but you can connect to their Wi-Fi and open your favorite streaming app on your phone to connect to their tv. If you're on the 9th floor, you can look out the window in the hall and view the Empire State Building in New York.
