Amazing experience

My family & I had an amazing time, everyone one from Check In were so professional, courteous & accommodating. Big thanks to Steven & Danielle at the front lobby for their hospitality and positive attitude. Also we wanted to give a special recognition & thanks to Luz she was so attentive to everyone especially us in the breakfast lounge during our stay.

The staff was friendly. Parking out front is limited but they do have a connecting garage. Breakfast was gross. Watery eggs. Our room was not cleaned well. Dirty floors dirty microwave, hair and stains on the sheets in one of the beds, dust bunnies all behind the pull out sofa couch. Housekeeping came in to “clean our room” while we were out but only made the beds and provided new towels/rags, floors and microwave still dirty. The extra blankets for the sofa bed were old looking & yellow tinged in color. For the amount of money I paid to stay here I don’t think it’s worth it. No pool either.

Spacious rooms in a perfect location

The room was quite spacious giving us space to move around, even with a pack&play and the sofa bed left out. Its clean and breakfast had a good variety. The staff were all friendly. The bus stop to go to NYC is right across the street making it very convenient. There were restuarants and stores cloae by too.
