Overall our experience was very good. Location, parking, price, room were good. Hotel is in a bad condition especially the lobby. Breakfast was very average. We paid $10 to upgrade our room, which made our stay very comfortable.

Ok for one night. Needs TLC
Pros: Good for a one night stay, for work.great location, comfortable, offers breakfast, spacious room. Cons: Overall great potential, price doesnt line up with condition of the premises. Somewhat Dated and in need of fresh make up. I dont see it holding up much longer at the price point otherwise.

L'emplacement est au top! Il n'y a qu'à traverser la rue pour prendre le bus direction Manhattan terminus proche de Tome Square. Le petit-déjeuner est très bien, il y a du choix. Les matelas des lits étaient très confortables. Nous avions une pièce avec sofa convertible, tv et bureau puis une autre pièce avec 2 lits Queen et accès à la salle de bain. Pour le reste, la propreté laisse à désirer et un bon rafraîchissement serait nécessaire. Nous avions de l'eau qui coulait du plafond dans la salle de bain quand le voisin du dessus prenait sa douche, la moquette dans les couloirs et la chambre... On entend beaucoup la circulation et la clim mais c'est un bruit régulier donc ça berce

The hotel surrounding is quiet and homily, the rooms were nice but needs more touch up. Good internet services. Sufficient parking.The downsides are that you have to manually get extra towels from the front desk, most of the time, key card doesn’t work. Breakfast was usually boring bcos they serve same thing every morning and no much varieties. Despite the downsides, we had a peacefully stay.

Bath tub had mold and rust. A/C in the room was not working. Pool closes for a third party swim school. Parking is a bit of a hike in a separate garage. Breakfast is bland. Staff was nice though and change our rooms a couple times to accommodate the mold and A/C but not very convenient with small children to pack up and move.

I was traveling with my husband and three kids to go to the American Dream mall for my 4 year old son’s birthday trip. The only bright spot to this hotel is the location and the free breakfast which is edible but nothing outstanding. The issues started when we checked in and our room keys did not work. During our two night stay we had to get new keys 5 times due to continuous issues with them becoming deactivated. The shower did not work properly - leaving the shower on for more than a minute resulted in immediately having water back up the tub. The fold out coach bed mattress was ripped and did not have any bedding - we needed to go to the front desk as it was not in the room. There unfortunately was not any other options for our stay as there was a soccer game at MetLife stadium so we could not move rooms or find another hotel. I complained multiple times and never had any of our concerns addressed. Would absolutely not recommend this hotel even though the location was very desirable.

Disgusting and Ruined My Vacation
Walking in the Hotel is noticeably filthy rugs glass snack station to check in 9pm. Got room key, wont work. Leave 2 children while go get replacement keys, wont work again. Leave 2 children again to ask clerk for maintenance, she's only one in WHOLE Hotel.? She has to finish checking in 3 other customers before accompanying me up to the room, we had to BUST into the room. So I couldn't go down with my kids to the pool or leave the room to get food delivery. Just an AWFUL EXPERIENCE. A room for almost $200.and I could of stayed at a Motel for probably cheaper and cleaner!!! Not that I would but just saying...P.S. There was a Father of 3 children complaining about mold all over the bathroom and air conditioner so he left at 9:30 pm after just getting there. Can't imagine the Stress that caused his Family!!!!

Good location. Friendly staff. … Hotel needs updating. It’s odd to not get all information at the time of checkin. At checkin you should be told about parking and getting a slip for the car. They should also mention that the keys only work for a day. … water pressure is NoT good.
