One elevator the whole trip. Pungent smell in the lobby made breakfast unbearable....if you can call it breakfast. Their events are so loud that they kept me up until 230am even though i was on the 5th floor.

Well when we arrived everything looked cool, the room was very friendly but there was only one elevator with so many guests the wait was terrible when I was going to get into bed it seems they don't change the beds because it was a small one we saw that we had to ask for them to change them and we arrived and they didn't even put them there my husband had to ask for breakfast it's not bad but the juice was pretty watered down the water in the pool was cold if they made it hotter and fixed it for you it would be perfect the parking had to be searched for because there wasn't any it fills up very quickly

This place is GHETTO. Upon arrival only one elevator works. Get to my room and its dirty. Bed unmade, sheets literally dirty. Go to call front desk, room phone does not work at all. Go to the bathroom to use before heading down to ask for housekeeping, dirty towels and hairs everywhere. Disgusting. Wife goes down and tells them they give a different room. Okay cool. We go down to pool to swim. Disgusting. Pool water is damn near yellow. The paint chips from the floors are on our barefeet. Dirty towels everywhere. This place is a joke. I wont be back. definitely not worth the money.

We checked in at 2pm, our room is dirty, we specifically booked this hotel to use the pool only to find out they rent the pool to an outside company and customers staying at the hotel could only use it after 730pm. It ruined my whole trip considering again we booked this hotel specifically for the pool. I would have booked at a cheaper cleaner hotel if I had known

we stayed for 2 nights we could not wait to go home) first night coming in we walked into a room with cups on the floor from the previous people who stayed, no remote, and a bathroom shower/sink full of dirt and hair. (no one was at the front desk so we went to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies) 2nd night the heater broke down we asked someone at the desk if someone could take care of the issue, they said yes but no one ever showed up later that night the ceiling started leaking in the bathroom so bad from the shower above us. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and inconvenient this will be the first and last time we ever go here.

Well from the moment i walked in the door i was not impressed. The cloth furniture was so dirty and the arm rest on the sofas were so dirty it looks like they were pulled out of the garbage. I went to my hotel room and walked in and it was clean. Then i walked into the bathroom and the toilet is 12 inched off the floor. ( yes i checked the height) I am 6'2 230 lbs and try to use that. I then went to take a shower and the shower head leaked. The curtain would not close all the way because the front handicap bar was installed wrong. Then water was leaking on to floor because shower curtain would not close all the way. I have stayed at other La Quinta hotels and not had any problems.

This place sucked. The first room they put us in had black stuff on the sheets and the phone wasn’t working… the second room the toilet barely flushed. It was run down; in need of an update. The complimentary breakfast- not edible. My kids didn’t even eat it, my 3 year old complained the muffin was frozen, eggs were gross, waffle inedible… the orange juice was completely watered down. Will not stay again and was defiantly not worth $175 for the night. Horrendous. Waste of money,

The hotel is old, but they have tried to spruce it up. The bathrooms are dated and this place lacks in room cleanliness. If you're plannig on visiting the city, the value here is that its a short public bus ride thru the Lincoln Tunnel over to Times Square. The bus stop is in front of the hotel and its route 320. If you can deal with less than perfect room conditions, you'll be fine. When rates are low, it might be a good value. But often, the nightly charges doesn't match the quality of the stay. Thats why we are not staying here when we visit the area again in May. Rates too high for the condition of property. And, we expect more from a Wyndham property.

This place is run down, needs complete renovation, secure door locks, and secure parking. Rooms are filthy with mildew in bathroom and breakfast that is not edible. A couple of cars in parking garage had flat tires in the morning, mine being one of them. Desk clerk said they had cameras but had to check with another employee who was coming in next day. That was a lie, no cameras confirmed and they claim to have a security guard which we never saw at all.
