The air conditioner was broke and leaking, they said they would come fix it but they never did. Had to call multiple times for towels. Staff was rarely at the front desk. The handle to the shower was nearly sheared off and there was a whole in the top of the ceiling.

Staff during the week are great. The weekend gentleman has a bad attitude. We stay here often and there is always leaking waking up, walking into puddles of water. If it’s not the refrigerator it’s the air conditioner. That can become a nuisance. Other than that, the aesthetics of the place is great. The ability to cook full meals is great location great. Outside of the construction going on across the street now

The room was quite large for the NY Metro area. The lobby was a bit noisy between the music being played and young children. The front desk wasn't always attended to and no one picked up the phone when I tried to call in the morning. I also asked for my receipt several times and never received it.

Everything we wanted, and more!

Staff at reception was very friendly and welcoming. The unit itself is clean, modern and has hi-tech amenities. It is spacious and very well located for the PATH to WTC.

The room was relatively clean but not well maintained. Paint was peeling from the shower ceiling. There were screw holes in the closet wall. The lock to the balcony door fell off. The hair conditioner dispenser was broken. In addition the doors to the room do NOT lock automatically and we were not advised of this. When you leave the room you need to key in the code to lock it. When you are in the room we were told we had to adjust the inside knob to lock it. I tried to lock it from the inside but it did not work.

I’d not stay here unless you really don’t have anything else. i was outside the building for 5 minutes and the person in front wasn’t there to open the main door. they gave me the code to the room wrong… just avoid it it’s not even cheap…
