There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and a bus every 20 minutes, so accessibility to NYC is good. However, It is very disappointing that the facilities and equipment are not maintained. In my case, Hair dryer was not working, the microwave oven was installed with a completely different model of turntable and could not be used correctly, and furthermore, the body soap was empty at the time of my first stay. If this could be improved, it would be a much better hotel.

Highly recommend for family.
Good for family stay, I booked for 4 but 6 could easily sleep comfortably. Everything was on point except that we had to use one elevator because the second one was out of oder and the building was full. Breakfast time could be extended to 10 am instead of 9 am. We stayed for 7 days and neither pancakes nor waffles was served. My kids had a good time and I recommend it. Going back on summer break.

We were recommended this hotel by a family member who has stayed here multiple times and the hotel didn't disappoint. Great location and price. Bus stop outside the hotel is great option of getting to and from New York. Only 20 minutes each way and very cheap. Would highly recommend

Pros: clean and modern hotel Cons: weird bathroom door, it was a slider that was not flush to the wall (had gaps) and no lock. Breakfast hours should go until 10, not 9. No waffle maker! Pool hours too short Why charge separately for parking?

Amazing Stay for Families – Highly Recommend! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our family trip. The rooms were incredibly spacious, clean, and perfect for accommodating our large family. It felt like we had more than enough room to spread out and relax, which made our stay so much more comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. I especially appreciate how family-friendly the hotel is – it really felt like they cater to larger groups. If you’re traveling with family or just need extra space, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. We’ll definitely be returning for our next trip!
