Everything was perfect with the exception of the linens and the shower. The washcloths and towels were very worn and did not look very useable. The water pressure in the shower is horrible and the water did not get hot. The front desk staff was great! My check in was very easy and everything else was great.

I was really happy with my stay. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and accommodating. Minor issue with shower was rectified immediately. Rooms are very spacious. Free breakfast included wasn't so bad.

This hotel hires an external parking vendor to manage their parking. There’s an app and they don’t tell you how much you’re going to be charged, they just ask you to blindly put a credit card in. If you don’t do that, they put a ticket on your vehicle letting you know you violated their parking terms. They also never mention this at check-in, it’s just a small sign on the desk. Makes me never want to choose a Marriott property again. The rooms were also not the cleanest, mold around the nightstand. Floors have not been washed in a long time. Stains on couches and headboards. Too many other options in the area, choose somewhere better.

The overall experience is okay. The bedding is comfortable. Parking is not expensive at all. 30 mins to SoHo Manhattan. However the cleanliness should be improved. Floor is sticky with some dark marks. There is a piece of napkin on the floor. There is hair on the counter and desk.

I’d stayed at this hotel with my family and had an awesome experience. The hotel was super clean, which we really appreciated, and the staff were all incredibly nice and helpful eally made us feel welcome. Shout out to Christian ! The location is perfect, right next to American Dream Mall, so it was super easy to get to shopping, food, and activities for the kids. Parking was just $10 a day and really convenient. Our room had everything we needed in terms of amenities, and the pool was a big hit with the kids! Overall, it was really comfortable and family-friendly. Only small downside was that breakfast ends kind of early (6am to 9am), which was a bit tough with little ones who sleep in. Would’ve loved an extra hour! Other than that, everything was great we’d definitely stay here again!

My room was fine overall but the fridge was leaking. Also, my daughter’s air conditioning (in another room) did not work. When she notified staff they said they’d bring her a fan which they never did, nor did they follow up with her.

Do not recommend

The room was filthy. I have photos of areas that haven’t been cleaned in I can’t say how long. This is the the headboard of the bed and next to the bed under the window. The AC needed a “trick” to make it work so it was cooler than 78* in the room. We found this out by going to the front desk when we were sweating. Apparently it’s a known issue. This trick was to move the full size bench and needless to say, there is no place to move this bench without walking into it. We had to pay for parking which is not disclosed beforehand. Plus the parking is just in a lot. If I’m paying $10 I’d expect a garage. Unacceptable
