This hotel is very closed to NJ Transit bus stop going to and from Manhattan, free parking, newly renovated room, clean and comfortable bed. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we visit New York again in the future.

Area is close to NYC however I don’t recommend this place to stay. Staff is polite but property needs maintenance. The washroom door doesn’t close, there was no hot water, terribly cold water in the month of December. The area is industrial and lots of noise of trucks all night.

Went for one night. I can say one night too long. Parking was horrible. Room was dirty and cold air coming from bottom of the door and windows. Room not weather proof. Shower was lukewarm. Paid almost $200.00 a night and it was worst place I ever stayed. Pictures don’t match what I got or seen.

The pictures did not represent the property well. The staff were really nice. The bathroom was dirty and there was no daily maid service.

This place is disgusting there was trash all over the hotel. As soon as you walk in the man in the front desk his body odor can be smelled from half a mile away. (Not exaggerating) when we walked into the room the sheets cover was stained and there was human hair from the previous clients on the bed. Completely unsanitary. Do not book here!

J'y suis aller plusieurs fois pour l'emplacement mais ce n'est pas vraiment un hotel à recommander. Le personnel n'a pas vraiment de respect pour les clients. Aucune reconnaissance envers la clientèle. L'hotel a annulé à 14h la journée de mon arrivée sous prétexte que ma carte ne fonctionnait pas. La même carte avec laquelle j'ai payer mes nuits en arrivant. L'hotel n'a jamais communiquer avec moi. La réservation était faite depuis 11 mois. J'ai dû dormir dans une chambre en rénovation puisque à mon arrivée à 20h, il ne restait plus de chambre. La personne au comptoir était arrogante et n'avait aucune considération face à l'annulation de chambre quelle avait effectué sans m'aviser. Je n'y retournerai plus.

Bathroom wasn’t working and they wasted our time sending someone trying to fix it, and finally they decide to move us to another room. Also, they have been working and fixing on some rooms, with all the repairs sounds they didn’t care if customers needs to relax. Zero customer service
This what is the view, and people inside the rooms banging and fixing and they are not worried about customers

Extremely disappointing
Myself and my daughter stayed here for 5 nights. The room was freezing as there was a freezing air coming in under the door, so much so that we had to put a towel across the bottom of the door at night time. The shower was terrible, splashing water in every direction except the way it should have went. The drain in the sink was blocked. The hanger attached to the wall had 1 hanger for hanging up clothes and it was falling off the wall. There was a dirty mens sock under the armchair. There was a fridge and microwave in the room, both of which were old and smelly. We put up with it as we were only there at night and are not people that complain. We decided to extend our trip by any extra day and went to reception to explain our situation with the room. They were no help whatsoever, no discount for the extra night, and was told to book on hotels.com if i wanted a discounted room. I got the room 35 dollars cheaper online and got a slightly more updated room. I then asked if i could get 1 hour late check out the next morning and was told it would cost me 50 dollars extra. Extremely disappointed with this hotel, and more so disappointed with staff who were totally unhelpful.
