Not great time

I had a horrible experience in your hotel. We got there early so we asked of we can leave our luggages in storage while we explore the town. They said yes and left came back around 11 pm checked in then when we requested for our luggages. We didn't get them until after midnight and we were exhausted. Our light didn't work so the front desk came in to assist. We asked for the room to be clean daily and it was not at one point we ran out of towels and toilet paper. It was a horrible experience. Never received even an apologizy

At time of check-in, staff didn’t mention rooms are cleaned every 3 days only, unless specifically requested. We left a clean my room badge and came back to a still dirty room and learned about it upon calling the reception. Next morning the fire alarm went off at 7.30 am and everyone evacuated the rooms to go to the lobby. Only to realize it was a false alarm which had gone off because it was too cold(?).
