The location was great, perfect for walking distance to restaurant and shops. The hot tub is not a hot tub it’s just a tub, no jets, disappointing considering that’s why I stayed there. The room was not clean, the sheets had stains on them and I had to have the front desk clean out to tub before I could use it. Minor issues but attention to detail goes a long way. I would stay here again but next time I’m bringing a blue light lol

Very clean and quiet place, pleasant breakfasts and within walking distance to the beautiful park Bosque de Tlalpan, and very close to the Perisur shopping center and other interesting places. The staff is great and very helpful. Very enjoyable stay.

Enjoyed my stay at Green Park Hotel. Rooms were large and spacious, a little outdated but really appreciated the space. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Special shout out to Cesar who went above and beyond to help me with my crazy requests! He gave great advice on restaurants and local attractions. Definitely would go back. About a 9 minute walk to nearest metro.

Do not book here, I’m warning you. They’ll overbook and give your room to someone else. Literal scam. I even messaged them to tell them my arrival time and they still had the nerve to say they “thought I wasn’t gonna show up”. I told them to check expedia, thay they had literally confirmed the check-in. They said “oh we don’t check expedia’s messages, they’re just automate”. That sounds like THEIR problem, not mine. They didn’t have any extra rooms and I had to go find another hotel in the middle of the night. Staff at reception was useless and despite me trying to reach out through several mediums they are still refusing to give me a refund. Besides there’s no AC, and if you check the reviews online a lot of people are even saying there’s cockroaches.
