El personal del lobby fue bastante amable y eficiente. El desayuno estuvo espectacular. La limpieza, olor y temperatura de los pasillos que llevan a las habitaciones necesita mejorarse con urgencia.

Breakfast was good. Room clean and nice. Only complaint is staff. Certain individuals are rude. And I had a food order and was left to a security guard and magically it disappeared. Besides that everything went well.

Welcome to my review of Hotel Dorado Plaza Barranquilla. When you first arrive at the hotel, the entrance is stunning. Probably one of the best in the city. The hotel is only five or six years old so everything is in very good shape. The entrance is beautiful. Nice patio with tables and chairs. Sit out there for a drink and enjoy the breeze. The reception desk has a very skilled and accomplished employees. They are very nice and professional, and they know their job. To the right of the reception is a beautiful bar with very cold beer, which is good, and all the drinks you could possibly think of. Very well stocked Bar. And the bartenders are very good and conscientious of their job. Good customer service. My initial impression is this is definitely a five star hotel. The room looks absolutely stunning. King-size bed. Nice little mini bar. Bathroom is 100% what I would have in my house. Super nice. The views as you can see in some of the photos are very nice. You can see all over the city from my room and from the rooftop pool area. Super nice. Getting back to the room everything is super clean. I am a perfectionist and I can tell you this place is almost perfect. And I've only been here for less than two hours. I haven't found anything that I haven't liked. Even the price of the beer is less than many other hotels I've stayed at. And the beer is very cold. Super. Special recognition to front desk Valentina, she help me alot with my wifi, and restaurant/bar staff.
