Bed sheets were dirty, the TV didn’t work,hair dryer broken and there was no room service at all. Basic things were missing. Location was fine, but overall just an average stay.

Very poorly maintained property. Lots of issues. Scary actually to stay there but was so tired after a long day of driving so managed to stick it out. Breakfast was quite basic but better than nothing. Staff quite friendly and helpful. Lesson learned - you get what you pay for.

Kitchen sink water taps did not release water. Cutlery? Brought my own kettle. No coffee in rooms. Toast with raspberry jam and margarine for breakfast to cereal options. Apple juice boxes. Difficult to locate motel even using two gps systems. Need better description or markers to find.

Bedding needs an upgrade

The sheets were threadbear and the elastic on the fitted sheets was worn out. The fitted sheet kept coming loose when you moved around on the bed. Really need to upgrde their bedding. They seemed short staffed. The lady tried her best to answer our questions to get the tv working, but she really could have used some help.

This was a two-star hotel and although it had some updates, it was not in great shape BUT it was very clean, especially the bathroom. The mattresses looked new and were comfortable (yes I pulled off the bedding to check for problems). My biggest complaint was an overpowering smell of cleaners which some time with windows and door open took care of.

The rooms were very nice and spacious. I would recommend asking for more pillows if you stay longer than a night. Staff we very friendly.

The stay was average and we basically got what we pay for. But my main concern was the mood of the clerk who served us. It is hard for me to believe that a position of direct contact with customers, could accept a person who I did not see smile to us in days. She definitely does not give a good PR to your business. Anyone can see she does not like her job.

The fellow cleaning was helpful. The front desk woman can be friendlier. The pool wasn't working. The breakfast wasn't worth waiting for. Cold cereal, box juice, yogurt, three types of bread for toast, and Coffee.
