After hours check in was terrible service. Took them 15 mins to come to the front counter and left us waiting out in the cold. Then they were just rude to us making us feel as if we inconvenienced them. The young woman spoke so fast and mumbled all her words we had to ask to repeat our room number 3 times. Our room wasn’t very clean and the shower didn’t work. When we complained about it they gave us a downgraded smaller room with a smaller bed even though we paid for the bigger room/bed and our second room had a blanket on the bed that looked like it was taken out of the trash it was so full of holes. The “continental breakfast” consisted of boxed cereal with no milk to pour on it. Overall a very uncomfortable and disappointing stay.

Our room was clean in terms of the bedding etc. but the carpet was very stained, there was a very obvious burn hole about the size of a dime in the comforter and a couple other things. The bottom sheet wasn't big enough to be tucked in, so after a bit of tossing and turning I woke up on bare mattress. That being said, if you're looking for a place to crash on a budget and don't mind a place that needs a lot of TLC, it's just fine.

Carpet in room had many satins and looked dirty. Paint chipped and peeling on door and floor moldings. Bathroom door would not close properly unless you lifted up on the door. No screen on the window. Smoke detector base was there but no smoke detector. Coffee cans all over outside for smoke butts. Advertised that there is a pool but upon check in we were told "NO" there is not a pool. It would appear that some the feed back ratings might be suspect from what our experience was of this property.
