The hotel is very nice and inside the hotel you feel very safe. Outside the hotel the surrounding areas was a little sketchy

Amazing check in. The staff member upgraded us and took the time to chat with us. Really warm and kind. Loved the pool and hot tub terrace. Lots of restaurants and right by the water! A few cons: The beds and pillows were uncomfortable unfortunately. And there was some hair in the bathroom when we came in. Overall, a good hotel.

Very good hotel only problem was that I got a parking ticket because the hotel didn’t register my car even though I registered it on my arrival but the hotel apologised and said they would pay the fine
