They were in the midst of doing renovations so it was a bit dirty around the main areas of the hotel, but the kitchen and rooms were clean. The pool area definitely needed to be cleaned more often due to the amount of guests/kids. There was dirty towels lying around and people's hair and the hot tub was VERY foamy and needed a good shock of chemicals. It wasn't very appealing to swim but the kids LOVED the waterslide. The breakfast staff wasn't very friendly at all but the food was good and the kitchen area was spotless. We have stayed at this hotel many times with no issues and this time we understand major renos were happening so things weren't as clean as they normally have it. We would stay here again.

Staff were so friendly and accommodating, the breakfast area was very clean and well stocked with lots of options. Even though the hotel is being renovated and it was still lovely. The rooms are huge and older people will appreciate the walk in showers. Only thing I would of liked is glassware, only paper cups, perhaps after the renovation?

Our stay was enjoyable. When I asked my family if they would like to stay there again, they all agreed we should. Our room = 10/10 Service = 10/10 State of the hotel= 5/10 The hotel is under construction, there are construction debris in many areas, some areas are not quite finished, and others have been used to storeconstruction materials.

Skip this one. They’re in the middle of a renovation. Truly, they should be charging a reduced rate as there is stuff everywhere. Had I known there was a Reno, I would’ve skipped this hotel. It seems disingenuous not to mention it. Kamloops hotels are already so overpriced for what you get. This felt like

There was no mattress on the sofa bed. Just springs. I asked front desk to have someone bring up a mattress. Housekeeping came to look and said that was the way all sofa beds were. She brought a mattress pad and made up the bed but the springs were still too hard. Another pad made no difference. We ended up making a bed on the floor with the couch cushions. Aside from that the facility was undergoing renovations so was a bit messy and noisy. The best thing about this hotel was the breakfast. One of the best we’ve had. I really appreciated the availability of gluten free bread, however there wasn’t a dedicated toaster so ok for gluten sensitivities but not suitable for celiacs

This hotel is under renovation and dirty outside. It’s very unwelcoming and there is little to no parking. We had to park on a busy street instead of the parking lot. There is construction material everywhere and I would not recommend this hotel.

Its under renovation, dirt all over the place in the pool and coming out of the pool. The entire entrance is under renovation so dust everywhere.
