Staff were very friendly and helpful with checking in and out of property. Loved that it was walking distance to the mall and food places. We checked out early the next morning so was great to be able to have a bagel and coffee that was provided on our way out.

We booked this as a stop over but in fact this would have been fab for a few days. Really friendly and helpful. Great facilities. Gym was modern and well equipped. We grabbed a lovely continental breakfast which was basic but perfect to start the day Excellent value and would definitely recommend

Worst stay ever

I've stayed here before and loved it. I will likely return and love it again. The "issue" I had was noise. I'm fine with upgrades/renovations etc AND the inconvenience they cause, however I need to know ahead, so I can make the proper choice of accommodations for the particular visit. There was a note on the front desk apologizing. Fine, but I would have preferred being alerted on the booking site so I have a choice of accepting or not. By the time you're at the property, you can't cancel/change without penalty. In short, great property, but PLEASE advise on booking platforms of noise. Other hotels do.

The family room is spacious. The rooms are outdated which isn't a problem for me personally. It's not going to win awards but it is big free and that's a with. The desk in my room had the leg pulled of previous to my stay and the shower/tub had hair in it. The pull out couched only had sheets and no blankets. Also, they only.leave enough towels for two people.
