This hotel is alright. Probably comparable with a standard Best Western or Travel Lodge. Staff were lovely and helpful. The property has obvious wear, scuffs and marks in hallway and on doors etc. Shower was quite dated. Room was pretty clean aside from some corners and the phone receiver. Overall it was fine for the night other than an excessively loud air conditioner which needed to be on given its August in the Okanagan. I called the front desk around midnight to see if they had ear plugs and they did, the staff member brought them up to the room which was nice. It was fine for the night. If you’re looking for something a bit higher end, spend extra 50 or 75 or whatever to stay at the other Prestige Hotel across the street. It’s very nice over there.
