We were disappointed when our room was not cleaned on the first day. Also, the exterior doors were broken. There wasn’t a night shift on the desk so we had to lock the key in our room when we checked out in the early morning. The bedding and towels were clean and smelled fresh.

Don't stay here

This was one of my worst hotel experiences ever. Temperature in the room was pu.ped up to 30C and it was nearly impossible to get it down to even 24 so it was bearable. There was someone else's hair in the bathtub so I couldnt use the shower. There was somethhing spilled on the carpet next to the bed, the chair had stains on it. There is only staff until 11pm, but other guest had a screaming fight at 3am and woke me up. Very rough people to the point it felt unsafe. Tire was flat and potentially slashed in the morning. Breakfast was barely edible and if I hadnt had to wait for a tow truck, I wouldn't have eaten it at all. When I told the front desk clerk about the room issues, they seemed to be barely listening. Horrible place.

The shower was not cleaned as the previous guests items were still in there. The pool was nice if you like cold dunking in glacier water then going into a tepid “hot tub”

Bed was very uncomfortable. Pool heat was off , likely to save money, but was not even usable because it was only 13 degrees C. (I tested it with a thermometer) The hot tub was colder than a hot bath. I would not recommend this property if you come to use the pool or hot tub.

My first room did not have a looking door. I felt unsafe and asked for a room change. The second room did not have a working shower drain. It was very gross. I removed the plug and found a large amount of moldy human hair. I couldn't even shower. I was unable to access the gym as the key card lock was broken. Very upset.
