I would never stay at this hotel again. The hinges on the toilet seat has been broken and they tried to glue the hinges with silicone. But one hinge was still broken and the seat was held on by one loose hinge. You had to hold the toilet seat with your hand otherwise it would slip off the porcelain. Disgusting! The air conditioning was also set at freezing. I had to keep the hall door open for 45 minutes to warm the room.

The bathroom was not equipped with the proper amount of towels- one for three people. The toiletries were empty and there was black mold in the bathroom. Coffee pot was broken. Quite surprised how rundown the overall hotel felt. Did not expect this from Ramada.

Did not use food options but bed was comfy but noticed dirty pillow once we go settled but front desk said that wasn't blood it was good stain and I said we had not been in the room but seemed out off by that so didn't speak of it afterwards. Went to bed
