Absolutely beautiful property, the rooms are really clean and the beds are so comfortable. The staff is so helpful and continental breakfast was so yummy. The staff kept everything very well stocked and clean. I used to stay here in the 90’s and 2000’s and even though the owners have changed multiple times, the property is still spectacular. This is definitely our new go to when travelling to Kamloops.

I found this hotel to be pleasantly very nice. The rooms are all renovated. The bed was comfortable but a little on the hard side. It was super clean and where the motel is located is was very quite. Breakfast was good with fresh fruit and good coffee.

The good first - staff were friendly, room was clean, air conditioning worked well and beds were comfortable. The rest - the security lock on the room was broken, and in general the finishings were dated or not in great condition. In the middle of the night the toilet started to bubble and churn like something was going to come up out of there! The breakfast room was so small and crowded and the one staff member working there just couldn’t keep up.
