Newer hotel, so everything was in good shape. Would have been 5 stars if it was a bit better insulated between floors. Heard someone stomp around above me at 5am and woke up. Otherwise really good place.

It’s a small building with ample parking. Doesn’t really have a lobby. Looks more like an apartment building entrance but it’s all you need. Room was spacious and clean. I’ve stayed in Kamloops many times and some places have a lot of traffic noise. This place was quiet. Great for a nights stay. No breakfast options. Have coffee at front desk in morning but I would suggest finding another place.

Pros- great size of rooms and suite in general. Great for families. Cons- the sofa bed is extremely firm. Few damages to the room prior to us using the suite. The gym was closed and was not notified. Bedding for the sofa bed had to be picked up at the front desk at 8pm. Having the bedding in the suite would be best as there are lots of storage to keep it there.

The room and stay was great! Minor improvement with the staff as they love to hide in the back room. Bathtub facet and drain needs fixing but great water pressure.

The in room kitchenette was very convenient, however it lacked some important equipment: no coffee maker (it was provided on request), a lack of cooking utensils. No hair dryer (also provided on request). There was no daily housekeeping, we didn’t request it either, but I would guess that too would be on request. Overall, I would say the suite provided value for the price, but if you dont need the kitchenette, there are many options nearby that might be more comfortable.

Although quite a new property there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room. These were only provided once requested. The front desk was regularly unattended and you had to summon help via a telephone. There was no security on the lift so anyone could have walked in. The fitness room was nonexistent. The only friendly member of staff was the housekeeping lady. Would not stay there again.

Our experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing. When we arrived, the room door was left open, which raised immediate safety concerns. Inside, the bed was in an unacceptable state—there was visible hair and body hair between the sheets and the blanket, and the bed skirt was filthy. This was not just a matter of poor cleaning—it was a complete lack of basic hygiene. When we brought the issue to the front desk and requested a new room, the staff initially asked us for photographic proof, which came across as accusatory and unprofessional. While a room change was eventually arranged, the damage to our trust and comfort had already been done. This level of cleanliness and customer service is completely unacceptable. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel to others.
