This was a quick stop sleep and go. Delighted by the friendly professional staff at the desk. Cleanliness of the room and exactly what we needed for the stop. The breakfast available was perfect as well. Something for everyone.

Staff was helpful and informative. Thought there would be a hot plate in the room but it was just a microwave and fridge. So much wasted cupboard space to hold nothing. No plates, glassware, cutlery. Upon check-in they gave us a keycard to our room. I unlocked the door and saw someone’s things inside indicating the room was clearly occupied. Went back, they apologized and gave us a new key and new room. As a young family this freaked me out knowing they gave keys to other people’s room. Accidental I’m sure, but extremely unprofessional, unorganized and unsafe. We had our lock on our room at all times afterwards.

Our only complaints were the lack of pillows and towels. There were only two pillows in our room (for four people) and not enough shoeer towels either. There were no towels provided for the pool, so that was a bit inconvenient as well. The breakfast wasn't all that appealing for the kids, but Tim Hortons was a quick abd easy fix for that problem. Loved being able to park outside our room!

Good location, easy access to th highway. The staff is amazing. This was a business trip, my room did not have a desk so sending emails from the coffee table was difficult. I would stay here again.
