Great Location. Easy Access to Highways.

Staff is nice, and hotel feels very safe. Bed was comfortable. Not a lot of storage space for long term. Basic with small kitchen, but clean enough.

I think considering they lie right next to a major highway system it is very quiet overall and the rooms are well maintained.

This hotel is super ghetto. Advertised a kitchenette, room had a stove but not a single pot, pan, or dish. Everything is “available for purchase” at the front desk. What a gimmick. Would have picked a different hotel if they advertised it correctly. Parking lot always full of people walking around. Felt really sketchy. If it was just a 1 night stay might be different. Booked 6 days cause the pictures looked nice… but it was not nice in person. Rooms smelled like mildew, you have to get towels from the front desk, and the fridge couldn’t get cold. All our food was soggy and bad by the 3rd day.

Booked on Expedia, i guess it an Extended Stay but have stayed such before. No towels, soup or even a cup for water. They brought up towels, soup, shampoo. Then found no TV power. Checked out in morning no one in office till 2 to 3 hr later. Then discover once i went to office area could no longer get back in hotel as key no longer active. :(

Room door would only open half way. Door drug on the floor and couldn't be opened. This room was wheelchair accessible, but door would not open far enough. Road noise and trains, very loud.

Place was dirty, paid for two weeks, checked out the room and left. Wasn’t there even 2 minutes and they didn’t refund any of the money back for not staying and charged the entire two weeks. Avoid at all cost.

The facility itself is great—very clean and in a secure location. However, the level of service we received was disappointing. The Wi-Fi code provided didn’t work, and when I tried to charge access to my room, it still wouldn’t connect. When I brought it to the front desk’s attention, the response was simply, “If it doesn’t work, it doesn’t work,” with no effort to help resolve the issue. I also asked for cookware for the full kitchen included in the hotel room, only to be told they don’t provide any. That completely defeated the purpose of booking this place, especially for a business stay where convenience matters. To top it off, a staff member asked us to pick up a dropped sock and some trash in a tone that felt condescending and unnecessary. If you’re traveling for business and expect basic amenities and respectful service, I’d recommend finding a place where your time and money are better appreciated.

The bathroom was dirty and the toilet leaked. The Air Conditioner didn't work and when we asked about switching rooms for a clean bathroom and working Air Conditioner we were told that "they all work like that." The hallways smelt like Marijuana.

It smelled bad! Obviously people “live” here & cook in the rooms all the time, so the food smells are strong. The floor was filthy! Our feet were literally black w/dirt in the morning. It is right off the freeway so it is loud. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but checked out after 1. Do not stay here!

Well, thank god that is over. WiFi hardly works, cook top with no cookware to use or borrow, beds that feel like they will collapse the moment you lay down, bugs crawling in the bathroom and kitchen area and please don’t get your hopes up that you might want to watch tv. Laundry on site with 1/5 washing machines working, police arresting other residents blocking the front entrance and families with small children still screaming and 1:00 am. Leaving felt like getting out of jail. Finally, I’m free!
